Thank you for participating in this partnership with T-Mobile and DistrictWON. We will deliver funding to your school upon receiving the proper compliance. Ideally, we prefer to receive photos of signs as they are displayed during an event, however, to help make compliance very simple, schools can post photos of signs to their social media accounts for compliance – this will also cover the requirement for “social media posts.” 

By filling out the form below, providing a photo of the T-Mobile sign displayed at your school (either a social media post of the sign or an uploaded photo), and clicking the submit button, you are confirming that your school has completed the following:

• Displayed a 8′ by 4′ Banner at the stadium either at the primary entrance or an area with high visibility through October
• Read PA Announcements during the promotional period (minimum of 2x per stadium event)
• Participated with two (2) social media posts during the season
• Provided best efforts to accommodate a “check presentation” for the $1,000 (pregame, between quarters, halftime, at school, online, etc.)
